The first step toward your medical treatments is to contact a member of the Venture Surgical team. During this initial meeting, patients are encouraged to share their current medical situation. These meetings often follow a proposed treatment plan from a physician and an outline of what procedures need to be done. This will enable Venture Surgical specialists to begin building a timeline and no-obligation care plan.
Diagnostic Details
If the initial discussions go well, patients are encouraged to send over their diagnostics and notes from physicians. After reviewing these documents Venture Surgical staff will begin to assess which surgeons, locations and clinics are best suited to the unique needs of patients. Diagnostic packages can include the results of any scans, blood tests or ultrasounds that have been performed.
Surgeon Recommendations
After submitting diagnostic packages, surgeons will review the information and reply with their own professional assessments. It is at this point that medical professionals will confirm whether or not you are a good candidate for medical care in their facilities. These recommendations do not come with a cost and are obligation free.
Surgeon Consultation
If prospective patients are considered good candidates a meeting will be scheduled between patients and surgeons. At this point, surgeons and medical professionals will describe the processes of the procedure and rehabilitation, as well as answering any questions that you may have. Following this consultation, it is possible to begin the scheduling process.
Procedures/Surgery
Prior to surgical procedures, surgeons will provide a list of tasks, such as fasting, wherever necessary. This would also be the point that any pre-op medications can be taken or restrictions put in place in terms of diet or exercise. Then the surgical procedure can begin. After care will be discussed and arranged before surgical procedures take place so patients are able to move seamlessly from one step of the process to another.
